A Lucky Find! Finding Melina was a fluke. We didn't think we were ready for an agent yet and we certainly weren't buying on this first scouting trip to Florida. Melina knew all that when she offered to show us a home we'd seen online. She pulled comps, asked some insightful questions about our objectives.
