Finding Melina was a fluke. We didn't think we were ready for an agent yet, and we certainly weren't buying on this first scouting trip to Florida. Melina knew all that when she offered to show us a home we'd seen online. She pulled comps, asked some insightful questions about our objectives. Then Melina showed us two more houses similar to the first. The third house caught our attention...and...we made an offer. Her advice on how to craft the offer got us the house! We never considered crafting an offer like that before. But she didn't stop there. As the purchase progressed, Melina was on top of everything, all the time. I'd ask a question, and I got an immediate response. Explanations of the processes were thorough. There were no surprises along the way because of Melina's great work. We are from out of state. Melina's recommendations on inspectors, landscaping, handyman, etc, have each been excellent. Without her recommendations, it would have been a shot in the dark for us. Each vendor/contractor we've engaged with has proven to be more than competent in their field.
